While it's impossible to tell for sure (seing as Transformers isn't out yet and even if it was it's all opinion) I would definately recommend Live Free or Die Hard. I LOVED it. But I LOVED all the Die Hards so.....

The Transformers has been released in Aus since June 28. It is really good regardless of Michael Bay directing it. I would say Transformers is the movie to watch. If you like jets, let me just say that you will see a lot of F-22 jets in the movie.

i saw die hard, it was really good, despite my expectations. I bought my tickets for Transformers as well, and im going to say it should be one hell of a Fourth.
I don't really know what to suspect of Transformers but I surely had a great time with Die Hard 4. My only gripe about that movie is that it wasn't as "timeless" as the first three.
And whoever said Maggie Q was hot needs to check his vision or something...
I have seen a HBO making of it, and to be completely honest It reminded me of Independence Day. Yes Michael Bay is directing it but you forget Spielberg has his name on it. And I have never known him to make "crap" I saw LFDH and I really liked it. But I have to "props" to Michale Bay, because he is trying to do something new with this movie. But still keeping, with the "spirit" of the Transformers. There is no Spike character that I know of? They are battling for Energon which is a plus. Plus when they "Transform" they make that "sound" from the cartoon. How about Peter Cullen? Come on? The original Optimius Prime? Umm they could have got Gary Chalk to the voice? Hello? I know for a fact Frank Welker voices one of the Transformers? But? See the problem I have with Transformers is it going to live up to the hype? Remember Snakes on a Plane? See Michale Bay doesn't use allot of CGI? I like that. Nuff Said.
I'm going tonight to see Transformers. The reason being is that this is the first time this franchise is going the live-action route. I still want to check out Die Hard 4, but I'll wait... not too crazy about the director.

As far as the voices go, to a lot of fans, Cullen IS Optimus Prime, period. And the reason Frank Welker isn't Megatron is that his voice has dramatically changed since then, plus he feels that his voice doesn't match the new design of Megatron properly. Regardless, this look like a fun movie, and that's all I want, really.
