My main love in life is music but i also love videogames, movies and home theatre.

Along with music i also do power lifting and strongman training, its not competitive just for fitness and enjoyment of it, theres no feelin in the world like completing a heavy session or managing a lift for a personal best.

Hardcore gaming

Golf

Keeping an aquarium sounds good will have to look into that at some point.

reading books, web surfing, hiking, movies, and of course video games. Although life in general is making video games less of a thing, and it's only going to get worse with college on the horizon.

Actually I'm highly considering getting into 3D printing, I'm currently reading a book on how to build your own.

Playing the harp

Pretty much anything fun I can do together with my wife (I know, too broad to be a hobby, but I enjoy it)

Used to be really into drawing but that died off. Also, used to have a huge aquarium and yeah, there's something mesmerising and relaxing about taking care of fish (turtles will piss on your face if you turn them around though)

Enjoy fast doodling. Been learning to draw heads from Burne Hogarths book but haven't touched it in a few weeks. This was a head I doodled a month or two back.

Thank you my friend. . The Burne Hogarth book is great. It's actually kind of amazing how much he makes the something that seems complicated as the face seem straight forward and simple.

I wouldn't trust that he made that. But then again, he trolls so much it's almost impossible to tell when he's being serious.

Concept art is a completely different beast. Concept artists aren't even really paid for their technical proficiency at drawing, they're paid for their ideas. Things like knowing perpective, shading, anatomy, etc., those things help facilitate selling an idea, but it's the idea that really matters. Knowing all of that other stuff is expected. There are plenty of people who can draw a picture of a head or paint still life, there are far fewer people who can design something new and interesting that would be of value to a game company. No game company is going to hire you because you can draw a few pictures of a head in proper proportion, not even if they were photorealisitc. I'm not saying unispiredcup can't be a concept artist, but a couple of head drawings in correct proportion doesn't tell me anything about how good he is at designing new ideas, which is a lot harder.
