The most exotic thing I've eaten is calamari (AKA Squid).
Yeah...I'm not exactly the most open minded when it comes to food.
Deer heart, and it is awesome sauteed in beer. I Love venison but when my cousin said he was cooking the heart I was like thats gross. But then I tried it and its actually one of my favorite meat dishes, but its not something you can get a hold of often, you have to either hunt or know someone who does.mattykovaxDoes it have the same melty textures as the other organs? Liver is stiff enough in texture that I can stomach it, but the dissolving nature of pancreas is what killed that dish for me. It's got the sliding, mushy texture of dessert tofu, almost.
[QUOTE="samuraiguns"]Thai? Thai is nice and tangy, a little strong initially but it mellows out into a delicious harmony of flavours. lmao, Off-Topic is hot tonight. If I say it I will get banned, so I'll say Salmon. :D;)

Venison tastes a little to "gamey" for my liking. However, I might give this a try - I have family members who hunt.
placenta you know the stuff after a women gives birthEmpCom
You need three Miyamoto's to cover that up...
You're a lot more open-minded than I am. I won't touch seafood. Mine would probably be tuna casserole. I'm extremely picky with food. The most exotic thing I've eaten is calamari (AKA Squid).

Alligator tail. It literally tastes like chicken.

I think it is more of a mix of chicken and pork. It tastes better than chicken IMO. especially fried.
I guess the most exotic thing that I have eaten was kangaroo. It was ok.

Clearly it is popular in Vietnam from the youtube links but it's also done in many parts of south-east Asia :PIf I say it I will get banned, so I'll say Salmon. :D;)

Key is making it so subtle almost no one notices.Oh yeah, I forgot I had ostrich. It's awesome - like lean beef, almost. Though it is weird eating ostrich tacos.DJ_Lae
Have you had an ostrich egg? That must be the equivalent of what - 50 chicken eggs?

I didn't eat the egg, but yeah, it's equal to a few dozen chicken eggs all right. Thiing weighs about five pounds and is about the size of a small canteloupe.[QUOTE="mattykovax"]Deer heart, and it is awesome sauteed in beer.
