Its not 63. Thats only the highest level anybody has yet, nobody knows how many levels there are after that.

It was originally 5...then they thought that was too easy to attain so they had to increase it to 2,000,000.FragStains

In the Welcome Newbies thread, it stops at 65, however, I'm sure once somebody reaches that point, they'll increase that number.
