What form of TORTURE do you fear most??

Lets hear what you would fear most, and also for you crazy people what torture would you like to inflect on your greatest enemy?

I would have to say I fear slowly being dipped into a giant pot of boiling water the most.

I thought it was an irregular interval, and that's what drives people crazy? I could be wrong though.
