I think it's time to look more at alternative energies. Not sure which ones, but an alternative fuel source would be nice. Let's all switch to bio-diesel:P

Petroleum is and can be used for so many more productive things than burning... sadly, the west does no understand this well enough.
Hopefully when the price of petroleum reaches over $100 USD a barrel, they may start thinking about it in more detail.
Wind is everywhere on the planet... and yet hardly any countries really harness its power... it is cheap to produce machines to harness it, completely renewable and the devices used to generate the power do not have negative effects on the landscape like those of hydroelectric.

Do you know how many windmills there would have to be to power New York City for a day? The cost would be staggering. Unless there is some other way to harness wind power I don't know about...

I have a working cold fusion power generator in my basement that I invented. I've been meaning to patent and start mass producing them for years now, but I just haven't gotten around to it yet.

I think we need to start looking at different options, like wind and solar power. But the thing is, THEY can't charge us for natural resources, so it won't happen for quite a while.
