Depends on what I'm drinking, coffee and tea I drink from a porcelain mug, other drinks like soda, water, milk, orange juice, iced tea I drink from either plastic or glassware. Wine I drink from wine glasses, and I'm not so snobby I have different wine glasses for various types of wine. I never use a mason jar to drink anything. While I'm more flexible at home I think it's trashy when restaurants use plastic.

I probably drink from plasticware most often.

Glass. I try to avoid plastic whenever possible due to the cancer causing agents it releases. Some plastics are safe, but sadly most things you buy aren't in containers made of the safe plastics. My guess is safe plastics cost more and companies care more about the money in your pocket than they do your health.
