What Car do Drive OT?

What car do you drive/own, are you happy with it ? are you due to buy a new one?

Mine is a 2001 Ford Mondeo, 1.8L petrol, its 120bhp and pretty fast on the motorways and despite its age it runs pretty smooth because I've done some work on it. (change alternator, Break Pads, Fuel Pump, Starter Motor) in the 3 years I have had it.

Its not the nicest looking car, two of my wheels trims have vanhised, no idea were they went.

2009 Honda Civic EX sedan. I'm cheap...purchased it with 6 miles on the odometer and paid it off in 18 months...I hate car payments. My personal finance rule #1: never spend a lot of money for a depreciating asset.

I love it in that it does exactly what it is supposed to do; gets me from point A to point B efficiently and reliably. It's pretty comfortable, has just enough bells-and-whistles, and enough power. My next car will likely be a Subaru though.

Kind of like this Civic in 08. Except rims, broken fogs, and weatherguards.

One of these. 2009 Hyundai Accent GLS. Not my picture but mine is the same terrible color. It's a base model, no fancy crap, but I like it. Gets me where I need to go and is fuel efficient. Engine is kind of weak on hills, but I don't live up any hills so I'm fine.

Bought it used with 70k on it. I'm perfectly happy with it for what it is, I don't drive a lot or for fun, so as long as it's reliable that's all I care about. I'm not planning to get a new car for at least 5-10 more years, I got a sedan specifically so that when I have kids I won't have to get a new car.

I'm currently in a 2014 Ford Fiesta, looks just like this one.. Very happy with the car so far!

Mini Coooooper S! It's a 2005 and I have to say I have enjoyed it tremendously, the Coop' is a lot more enjoyable to drive than one might expect. It's not quite up to par with my old Suby WRX but it's still a very clean ride.

You mentioned Crown Vic thats American made?. Those huge saloon cars that get used as yellow Taxis ?

You're right about the CV, it's a great American car. I just thought you were talking about the pics I posted, my bad.

Yeah I love the Crown Vic, its too much hassle and $$$ to get hold of one in the UK though.

I'd never want that much power in a front wheel drive. I found a used 2011 Nissan GT-R that I want, but I can't bring myself to drop $64k (USD) on a car. That's close to what I earn in a year!

2010 nissan rogue. No complaints. It feels like driving a car but I have the extra room of a SUV.

Got a Citroen C3 2005 model, it's decent

I think the E46 M3 is by far the best looking.

A used 2001 Toyota Solara. It handles really well.

This is mine. I've taken the bra off since then though.

I also put a JL audio system in it.

Chevy Cobalt 2007. It's much more fun to drive than what you hear by its recent reputation. Just google the very good reviews of this car from 2007 and a few years after. And I'm scheduled to have the recall thing with the ignition taken care at the dealer. It's driving fine so far.

It drives better than it might sound, limited slip diff makes an immense difference, I've outpaced other ST's with almost clone-like specs who don't have the diff. It's just something they overlook "Costs a lot and won't make it faster so i won't get it" and it lets them all down.

I drive a 1996 Mustang GT.. no pic.

I hate it.. the gas mileage sucks.
