Psycho-Pass. It's too damn underrated. I am literally the only one who recommends it everytime the question arises, not because people didn't like it, but because they simply haven't heard of it. Very disappointing.

Gossip Girl isn't for everybody, brah.

I'm a little old for Gossip Girl. I'm not CSI/NCIS old yet, but too old none the less.

Anymore, I don't watch anything that isn't a comedy. I'll never get anime, but its cool if you enjoy it. I'll never get Big Bang Theory or Two and a Half Men (hate set-up/punchline humor and laugh tracks), but they kill it in the ratings. By the same token, my favorite current show, Parks and Recreation, isn't exactly a ratings darling.

It takes different strokes to move the world.

Try Bleach.

Only anime i watch is Naruto too. Only other one i watched was Dragonball. If you were a kid I would recommend digimon, that thing was my childhood:-P

I recommend both fullmetal alchemist and fullmetal alchemist brotherhood. The former is more dramatic, philosophical, and emotion driven, while the latter is more action and character driven. I enjoyed both pretty much equally.

There is always attack on titan if you like action. Samurai Champloo is very good too.

I haven't watched these, but I really want to see Death Note, Code Geass, Berserk, and Cowboy Bebop, which I've heard are all really good.

Anime is such a broad and encompassing form of media that recommending shows is incredibly difficult, especially if you've only watched stuff like Naruto. You might want to check out One Piece seeing how you're into Shonen.

I'd recommend start by hitting up some of the older stuff like Cowboy bebop and Evangelion. Those shows are known for broadening ones expectations of what Anime can offer.

Here's a great site for recommendations.

Bleach is also probably what you'd like as well seeing how Filler most likely isn't a huge deal to you with Naruto.

- Ergo Proxy is one of my faves of all time. If you're tired of the shameless fan service in anime as of late, this is a breath of fresh air.

-Sword art online, up until ep 12

-Sakurasou no Pet na Kanojo a feel-good anime with one of the most lovable stupid characters in the genre.

I'll second Ergo Proxy and the FMA series. Attack on Titan is a great action anime. So are Gantz, Ghost in the Shell: SAC, and Black Lagoon (should be near the top of your list). Cowboy Bebop is my favorite, but it's a bit older. The guy that made it also made Samurai Champloo, so at least watch that one.

Attack on Titan. But beware if your squeemish. It is violent and gory.

If your not watching Bleach your doing yourself a great injustice. And i just start Hitman Reborn which is.. ok. My friends trying to get me into it that and one piece as well. I can't stand one piece. The art style is for pre-schoolers.

Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood, Soul Eater, and Fairy Tail are my personal favorites.

Never seen Naruto, so I can't give any recommendations based on that.

I haven't watched much Anime in fact the only series I have watched from beginning to end is fullmetal alchemist brotherhood, and it was a good time. Check out fullmetal alchemist brotherhood.

As and adult you should not watch anime at all.

As a moron you shouldn't talk at all. Clearly you don't know much about Anime, neither do I, but I know there are plenty of Anime directed towards adults, and not children.

Anime !=(does not equal) Japanese Nickelodeon.

I'm going to start drinking Lagavulin just to honor Ron Swanson, and I hate scotch/whiskey.

Not exactly sure if it counts as an anime, but Avatar: The Last Airbender is one of the most God damned AMAZING shows I have ever watched. I seriously love the show more and more everytime I watch it. Such an awesome world filled with incredible characters, and the animation is absolutely jaw-dropping.

Other for-sure anime classics I would recommend are:

Trigun

Cowboy Bebop
