Was Skyfall a good movie?

I'd really like to see it, but Quantum of solace was terrible, or at least I didn't understand it.

It was a great movie.

You'd almost think it was a conspiracy.

I will watch the movie.

Skyfall is one of the top 3 or 4 Bond movies, IMO.  I really enjoyed it.  I agree that QOS sucked.  Casino Royale and Skyfall were both damn good.

Just saw it last night, and yes. Some of the cinematography is stunning; it came as little surprise when I found out after watching it who the director of photography was.

It had more action, but I think CR was more tense and suspenseful, which made it more enjoyable for me. To me, Skyfall had action without bite.

It was pretty damn good.

I'd say it's great. I would also say Craig is my favourite Bond

I still have to see it.  Probably gonna rent it on demand when its out.

It was pretty mediocre. Craig is a terrible bond. He lacks charisma and screen presence. It was certainly nowhere near the level of Goldeneye or any of the Sean Connery 007 films.

You're one of maybe two people that I've ever heard say that Daniel Craig is anything less than excellent as James Bond.  I think he is an outstanding Bond, and the most believable as a badass agent.  I love Goldeneye and have seen every Bond movie at least once.  Casino Royale and Skyfall are as good as it gets.  Even my dad who is in his 50's and grew up with Connery was converted to calling Craig the best Bond.

I think most people who aren't stuck with their nostalgia would agree that Craig is one of the best Bonds

Skyfall is a great movie, one of the better Bond movies EVER.

....and I've seen them all, saw my first Bond movie at a theatre with my dad at age 12, Sean Connory's last real Bond movie, Diamonds are Forever.

Roger Moore has recently said that Craig is the best Bond ever.

Personally, I still like Connery and Moore the best, give Craig a few more movies being Bond and I may change my stance.....very good in Skyfall, not quite the charm of Connery or Moore, but everything else is spot-on.
