Well, when I talked to her today, she said she liked me, but because I was mean to her, (I called her shallow and accused her of lying to me) she doesn't really want to be my friend anymore.... She's still texting me though...?

She said for the past few days she couldn't sleep, and she always cries because of me.

haha I'm 25, and she's 23.... This whole situation is really immature if I do say so myself...

My opinion? She didn't use you... at least not intentionally. It sounds like she simply didn't know what she really wanted (and still doesn't, apparently). People sometimes make irrational decisions when they're emotionally upset. But the term "use" suggests there was some malicious intent, and from what you've written, I don't think that's the case.
