Videos buffer really slow for me

I have a really fast internet connection so its not my connection, the only thing that is slow is when im trying to watch a video, and not too long ago it was really fast. Also it seems that my xbox live downloads have also slowed because it takes several hours to download a demo, that would normally take under an hour. Any suggestions. Thanks
