Video Games Questionnaire for College

I'm new to these forums and I wasn't sure where to post this. It's a questionnaire for the public to fill out and there are a bunch of questions on it. It is for my Media A Level course, I am planning a non-profit documentary about video games and the internet. It doesn't really fit into another forum so I posted it here. (I don't even know if you can post links on here)

I would be very grateful if I got some responses, I'd be happy with only a few.

Just skimmed through it and it sounds pretty terrible. What does someone Sexual Orientation have to do with a documentary about video games? Or their social "Class" for that matter. The title sounds like a joke and I can't see how you expect people to do the homework for you and come up with something better.

It's to find a target audience. Social Class and SO are factors in finding a target audience to see if any links are made.

The title is a work-in-progress. It took me 5 minutes to come up with. If you have a suggestion, you can leave it in the suggestion box.

It's not homework either. It's coursework for my college course.
