sorry, I guess I gave that a negative connotation which I didn't mean. The point is, I would have been playing Under the Bridge note for note the first day I got my guitar. I perfected harder songs the very first day I played.
To the topic poster, I don't see why you couldn't learn Under the Bridge. My friend is learning that now and he's a beginner. He's getting reasonable at it despite the fact that he has arthritis in every joint in his body and he's playing wrong-way left handed. Try it out, I think you could do it.

Also sorry if i seemed like an ass, I didn't mean that you couldn't play the song, only stating that imo it's not a beginner song. I know i played stairway to heaven when i was a beginner so if you want to play under the bridge then all you have to do is practice.
