for some reason my thumb has been hurting the last few days. i broke it a few years ago and it feels similar to that. i could move it then just not 100% all the way. now im fine moving it forward but when i move it sideways it hurts. its not swollen or anything so i thot maybe i pulled a muscle or tendon but i was wondering if anyone had any ideas.

If you play games non-stop without taking a break then that could possibly be the problem not sure though. But if you broke it a few years back and it's just started to hurt again then I'd make a doc appointment.

It's never Lupus.

Maybe you hyper-extended it somehow?
