Probably more likely kids throwing piles of leaves at cars windshields as they pass. (very dangerous)
No one is going to get cited for 1 leaf... and you can't even throw 1 leaf anywhere.
Wow, brilliant idea. Throwing something at a moving car where the driver may have panicked and killed someone with their vehicle.
Yeah, TC. I'm totally on your side...

At the time it was the natural way to go WRT to my career progression(I was a cop in the Air Force). And I got lucky with the hiring, a lot of people retired and they hired something like 130 of us county wide.
Pay is p. good, too. Over-time is sweet, but I get taxed like a dog.
I also like helping people who are legitimately in trouble. Or just simply need my help. Community policing is a balancing act between being moderately tough on mickey mouse crimes and giving back to the people who are paying for our services. So I enjoy volunteering in my department's name.
Plus I get a sweet badge, a gun, and I can carry my weapon concealed. So I'm ALWAYS a cop. That's a pretty worthwhile way to live life, if you ask me.

It does sound like an accident though. If they told the kids to not do that again, it probably would have stopped.
It looks like hate-justice. Justice based on emotion rather than doing the right thing. Then again I wasn't there, so I cannot really know what happened.
think about it. IF people is really throwing leaves at cars they are doing it as aas hole or joke and depending ow much and where it block the drivers vision

Meh... I threw an umbrella at a bus once for not stopping to pick me up and it was the second bus to not pick me up that day. >_>
EDIT: I wasn't arrested BTW...
It's funny before I read anyone else comment's I thought we were talking about throwing leafs at parked car's. But I guess that would hardly make sense. :P
because it starts small and stupid  then progresses to this.

Yeah, I feel like no one is actually reading the OP.  They didn't actually throw them at the car.  They were throwing leaves around and wind caught hold of them where they were blown to a car. Â

[QUOTE="Riverwolf007"]is there anything stupider on earth than a bunch of teenagers? My mom told me about this story a few days ago. Apparently the teens only got six months in prison. I think 50 years is a better punishment for such stupidity.because it starts small and stupid  then progresses to this.

To be perfectly honest, I really don't care what some people on this forum think about cops.
