Snow is a nightmare here in Seattle. Too many hills and for some reason people forget how to drive in snowy conditions every year...

Only 15 inches, HA! Parish NY got 100 inches from a storm in 2007.
Haha, wow thats pretty wild. If I were the dude filming from the window though I would have run down as fast as possible and told them to stop seeing the imminent damage they were about to do cuz now that just sucks for everybody and he could have helped them avoid it.
