They should have stopped at the second in my opinion. For those who may not have seen all the films I wont spoil it. But they are dragging it out a bit too much now. I hear there are another 2 planned as well.
Milk Milk
I am
STOKED
I love all of the Saw movies, and no, they don't "need to stop", why, what are they doing to you? Some people have different tastes and a series doesn't need to stop because there are a few. Not only was part four the best one, but they've been improving constantly since the first.
I'll be there opening day.
I'm not even thrilled by the idea of a fifth Saw movie, but I'm pretty sure I'm going to see it opening weekend with my ex. We both used to be really huge fans of the series, so it's just kind of tradition for us to go.t3hrubikscube
Same here although I dislike the idea. I'll end up going first weekend like the previous 4 movies.
I don't see how they can add anything to what has already been said in saw.ThagypsyPeople will say something like that about every sequel, but what are they expecting? No story? Saw 4 had (an) incredible plot(s). The first movie was a pretty simple story, but they've been getting smarter and deeper every time.
But they should just stop apparently. They're making too much money  Whatever. That's the best people can come up with. Pointless sequel hating is really losing it's 'coolness'. Just enjoy it, they're usually as good as or better anyways... it's all bias.
how many girls are getting killed?Dallas_Cowboys9There's probably around 3 or 4 times as many men killed as women. Way to go....
I didn't like the idea when the first one came out but I felt if people who like that sort of thing wanted to have it around fine whatever...now I just feel they need to be at least somewhat more original and stop just cashing in on something that has been making them money. Apparently they have no pride...just like the people who made all those Land Before Time movies.Sunsha
I loved the Land Before Time movies as a kid.

Wondering if a land before time and saw crossover movie would work?
It'll be like what the last three sequels were...a mediocre story with a mandatory twist at the end.
Not for nothing, but I hope another studio makes a horror flick to compete against Saw VI next Halloween. Not a knock-off of it per se, but something else besides this series, something with werewolves, zombies, aliens eating humans, ANYTHING. I just want a different choice.
i think they've been getting more gore and less plot. so i'll pass.dissonantblackThat's just something people say...they haven't changed much in gore content, it's about the same. Not only that, but the first one had the most shallow plot of them all. Fail.
