Pretty interesting infographic and you can also toy with the numbers/filters to break them down further by demographic, race, etc. Honestly not what I expected at all..

Lots o shooting in AZ, makes sense. Good to see 2/3 of the shooting in the state I live in seemed justified. Possible 3/3 but I don't know the story behind what happened.

Unfortunately, one of the shootings sounds like "suicide by cop" type deal.

I wonder how often they shoot dogs when they fear for their life.
