It is a game that involves "hacking", or kicking up a small, usually hand sewn "hacky sack". The idea is to keep the "hack" going. Well, this would seem sorta simple, but the catch is that slight muscle movements mess up the hack.
I have been playing alot this year, its a good way to spend my lunch hour with friends. We have alot of laughs out of the immaturity of how we play. This sport is possibly the most fun, because, its VERY cheap to play, it can be played from 2 minutes to 2 hours, and when you hack in a circle, you have to really connect with your playing partners.
The only real things you need are a decent pair of flatter shoes, something like the idealistic Puma's, or Adidas. It helps to have shorts on :D Also, a hacky sack is necesary. This is what I will tell you is the most important. You want a quality hack, or something that will work good enough for hacking. I found a very good deal today, for cheaper hacky sacks. Now, for something better, I recommend a pellet filled sack from this site. More stiches give better control, but they are also a bit more expensive.
