There is a sound that plays whenever you get an error message on Windows 98 and 2000 (Remember the old times...). It is called chord.wav. I am wondering, what instrument it is playing and what type of chord is it...

Ah... that one - I even have sheet music for that one somewhere in my archives. It's not a "chord" per se. I could play it on piano, but what is the name of real "digitized" instrument used in the .wav - not sure :)

It's not a chord, it's a tune, or do you mean in which key it's played?

I believe it is a G-A-B chord
