This just seems crazy to me that somebody can believe something like this, it's like they looked at some strait forward information and got a conspiracy theory out of it.

More importantly, why waste resources in mobilizing so many troops when he could just send in chuck Norris?

He's just trying to appease the foil hat brigade. Whenever you feel bad about your state just remember at least it's not Texas and then you won't feel so bad, unless you're in Texas. Then you're screwed.
