Dem self defense laws say otherwiseF*ck a fair trial, psyche evaluation, all that nonsense. Let's just beat people to death.
The father should be charged. Nobody has the right to take a life, and last I checked vigilantism is still as illegal as child molestation and murder.

The father didn't beat the molester afterwards. He basically stopped the molestation as it was happening by beating the sh!t out of the molester, which Texas allows. Going from the article, he didn't even mean for the guy to die.
he would just have been shanked in prison anyway.F*ck a fair trial, psyche evaluation, all that nonsense. Let's just beat people to death.

Yeah, the guy called the police and seemed genuinely worried that he might have killed a man. That goes a long way in these kind of situations, remorse is worth a lot.[QUOTE="GreySeal9"][QUOTE="InEMplease"]

If it had been some kind of after-the-fact, track-him-down-with-the-intent-to-kill-him, then I'd totally say he should be charged. In this case... not really.[QUOTE="Person0"]Dem self defense laws say otherwise this. if you're going to be a scumbag and molest a child, read up on your state laws firstpeople flip the **** out over that shyt.[QUOTE="InEMplease"]

laws or no laws a jury would find a way to get a molester killer off 95% of the time.
a defense lawyer would probably plead temporary insanity for his client and a jury would go along with it.
here is a guy that flat out shot a molester in the airport after the guy was flown in for trial and he never served any time.

Justice was served and the tax money was saved what a great story. I feel bad for the little girl that got molested damn but at least one scum is gone.

Got no problem with that video it was a clean kill IMO. The father had his child kidnapped and sexually molested. What father would not seek justice for hs son after that.

No he shouldn't be charged with anything. In many cases, our legal system perpetuates crime just as much as it stands to slow it down. The molester got what was coming to him, one way or another, and that is what matters in the end.

Child molesters do not get life in prison. There are laws against Vigilante justice. It's sad to see a murderer get away.[QUOTE="Blueresident87"][QUOTE="InEMplease"]

He was defending his 5 year old daughter from a grown man raping her. If you can't see that then GOD help you and your brain cells. Justice was served and he even called 911 and tried to get help after he beat the rapist scum. Not sure what rubbish trolling your on but maybe if you were in the 5 year old place you would have a much different outlook.
He also saved tax money that would have been wasted on the child molester. Where I come from that is a win-win.
Killed someone out of defense of his daughter. So not a murderer![QUOTE="Person0"][QUOTE="Nibroc420"] No, he just killed a man out of hate and anger.InEMplease
This is why I don't like this ruling. It would give everyone an excuse to go around killing people committing a crime, just because deadly force is allowed to stop the crime. At what point is deadly force excessive? If after the crime has been stopped, and deadly force is still used, is that not excessive?
Cant use deadly force to stop any crime. It becomes excessive when a jury says its excessive.Killed someone out of defense of his daughter. So not a murderer![QUOTE="Person0"][QUOTE="Nibroc420"] No, he just killed a man out of hate and anger.InEMplease

The law says you can use up to deadly force to stop a sexual assualt
The father calls 911 after giving the rapist some act right but the scum died after.
I don't see the problem here GOD only know how many other kids got molested and what would have happened if the father was not there. Personally the rapist should have been brought back to life and killed again slowly over 48 hours. That was a FIVE YEAR OLD in case you missed that part.

How would you expect a father to react in that situation? I can't imagine a scenerio where a man would react with poise, it's just the degree to which they flip their sh*t.

how would you feel if you saw a man in your daughters bedroom trying to rape her?So Nibroc thinks that a father using accidentally lethal force in defending his daughter from a child molester is wrong, but when Christopher Dorner flat-out murders two people in a car, that's okay? Huh?
If you're gonna take a hard-line stance against killing people, then hey, that's wonderful, but consistency please?
