Stink bugs

They are everywhere in my house and i think they started from my bathroom and now their everywhere. Yesterday i turned to my left and one flying and me and i moved just in time and it went on the wall and my dad hit it off and then it stunk up the whole room saw. anyone else have them everywhere?MVfalcons83
