You can goto my profile to see what I've done so far, I'm just starting out in photoshop though...I guess you can make requests if you want, though odds are you're better :D, or you can help yourself to the ones I've made, god knows I won't use them all. I kept my username out of all of them so people could use them.
Read a lot of tutorials, play around with everything in PS so you can get used to them, and overall just have fun with it. Doesn't matter if the sig is good or bad as long as you liked making it.
