Hey guys. I've recently been going paintballing a fair bit and have got a job as a marshall, which also involves me playing for a team. now, i'm not unfit or anything but i really don't have any stamina. I can run, i can shoot, but i can't do it for long before i'm breathing heavily and sweating and stuff, now i know that sounds like i'm really fat and unfit, and praps is a lil to do with that. But, other than like going for walks/runs, how else can you improve your stamina?
