Someone deposited a couple thousand dollars into my checking account...

And I don't know who the hell did this...My bank said someone went into the bank and deposited a couple thousand dollars. I use my banks online site to pay bills once or twice a month and notice this. When I looked at the picture of the deposit slip I saw a name I didn't recognize the name or address they put on there...Is the bank just ****ing with me and hope I spend all that money then making me pay them back or what?
