So I just caught a mouse in my bathroom...

Yeah, I saw a mouse run into my bathroom, so I put a piece of cracker under a pen and then balanced a plastic box on top of it (hoping the mouse would eat the cracker, moving it so the pen would fall and with it the box). Well it worked, so now I have a trapped mouse in my bathroom (and it already **** all over inside the box). Well I'm obviously calling an exterminator or something tomorrow, but does anyone have any advice on what I should do right now? I'm not use to dealing with mice, or any infestation for that matter. Also, does anyone know what kind of mouse it is?

Any help is appreciated.

If you have a pet cat, you could always show the mouse to him. Or toss it really really high up in the air and let him get smushed when he falls.

^ ^ ^ Lamest reason to bump ever. Well, for anyone who's curious, I let it go out in a field about half of a mile from my house, and I didn't call the exterminator since there doesn't appear to be anymore, but if I do see more I guess I'll have to.

Well the crap can be dangerous and the ummm liquid leavings so I suggest you let the exterminator do his job.
