Some of it is a bit off-putting...But most of it is delicious tasting, which is the more important thing.

Brats are awesome, especially when you boil them in beer before you cook them.

Rahm Schnitzel FTW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and get a side of spaetzle (shpet-slee) a short type of noodle, and order a spezi (spet-sea) to drink, it's cola with orange soda, yum. Also go with the black forest cake for dessert :D

I've never had any. In fact, I think I've only seen one German restaurant in my life.

I live in Central PA so I've had my fair share of Pennsylvania Dutch food (which is basically German food). Not a fan.

Well seeing as i lived there for some time, i think i could be a good source.

The meats are delicious. I just love warm, thick meat in my mouth. I like it dark black and then when you bite down and the juices get all in your eye, thats my favorite part.

Love it, there's a wicked German restaurant kinda by my house that not a lot of people know about because it's off the main 'strip' but it's so amazing

There's a decent German restaurant here, but they're more well known for serving big glass boots of beer than their food, which is merely 'okay.' I'm sure by all accounts it's great German food, but that's a bit of an oxymoron.
