Should an 18 year old date a 12 year old? 18=boy, 12= girl

I know (and hate) this 18 year old guy thats dating a twelve year old girl. She matured early but i think its really wrong, he even cheats on her and I tried to tell er but she is in her own little world. ah well.

Well they don't have sex but they do everything but sexual intercourse. No need to go into details. The weird thing is her mom knows there dating but she thinks they just kiss and stuff. Its really messed up. Plus this guy scratched my Oblivion disc when he borrowed it.mentos_eater424

A friend of mine's best friend got hit by a train and he kinda turned emo, grew his hair, wore black etc. and he was 17 and started dating a 12 year old, i felt bad for him... :(

Lol, Im probably gonna print it out and like black out my Gamespot name and the oblivion stuff. But if he found out it was me he'd kick my @ss. Anyways... the police where I live won't do much.... might talk to her parents though.
