I don't know how much credibility can be given to a list that ranks the US (28th) above Mother Russia (34th), but here it is anyway.

- Sweden (35th): Multiculturalism is really working wonders for this country.
- Israel (39th): Cheer up. You can always blame the Palestinians.
- South Africa (75th): Well at least you beat Ghana. Perhaps reinstating apartheid is the solution?
