It was a followup for wisdom teeth removal. Got all four out at once and the procedure didn't go perfectly unfortunately. I've been on Vicodin since last Monday.

The Capitalists killed him in round 1. (Lucky guess!) airshocker - was Sandra Fluke, but died protecting Zombie Reagan in round 2. Allicrombie - was a Self Hating Jew.
