I know what you mean. Â I work graves and sleep during the day so I have to limit my breakfast carbs to just about none. Â My breakfast consist of a greek yogurt and some quality beef jerky or about 6 scrambled egg whites:(

I tend to do scrambled eggs mixed in with ham bits and bacon bits.

I SERIOUSLY miss biscuits and hasbrowns
You can eat them once in a while...you just can't eat them everyday.
My ideal brekkie: Two eggs (over easy), two all beef sausages, two strips of bacon (not too crispy), homefries, two small buttermilk pancakes with maple syrup (Canada represent!), and two pieces of toast (cut into triangles for maximum egg yolk dipping efficiency). Depending on my mood, I may substitute the pancakes with a small side of baked beans with a dash of Sriracha for a touch of zing.
