I've recently gotten myself a ton of point and click adventure games that I never got around to playing in the past. Currently I'm part way through IHNMAIMS.

@harry_james_pot: Had to google it. I see that it's a pc game. I just play on consoles, and 3ds. :P

it's my favorite genre. Along with Deponia, I also bought the Syberia bundle, the Blackwell bundle, and The Last Door.

I only play on the PC.

@harry_james_pot: I've always had a soft spot for them. I also picked up the Blackwell bundle during the steam sale, but I've not played them yet.

I see I haven't really missed much around here.

Dawn of the Planet of the Apes was good.

Activity has actually bumped a bit here in RC recently. So, how have you been lately?

I saw that film in 3D with a normal size theater screen. It was not bad, but I was at so many IMAX 3D films this year that, at least for me, the difference is substantial. If you can, I recommend you see it in IMAX 3D for the best possible cinema experience available today.

I think she meant the new site that went live late last year. A lot of activity on the site was lost after that, due to many people leaving or posting less.

Well, I've been sticking around more now, since before I would go over a month without posting multiple times. How much I stick around now depends on how active things will be around here and stuff.

Sucks that it's so damn expensive. $18 a ticket where I live.

I haven't tried them yet either.

Also, I just finished Deponia. What a fantastic game! :D

In my town, there is a discount hour and a half time frame every day. Carmike Cinemas is calling it "super bargain" time which is less of an expense than matinee. In addition, that same theater is promoting "Stimulus Tuesday" in which popcorn and a drink is two dollars each. I suggest you search for a Carmike theater nearby if there are any where you live.

In Hawaii, there's plenty of theaters, but only a few chains; United Artists, Regal theaters (which has the IMAX screen) and Consolidated Theaters Most movie prices are about 10-11 bucks, but I don't mind too much paying a premium for IMAX--most people who pay that kind of money for a ticket usually aren't rude enough to talk louldly or dick around with their phones during the show.

I've been there, and I feel your pain.

I'm good. Looking for a job while working on my ever increasing backlog of games. :P It's always awesome to see any of the old regulars pop up here. :)

Yeah, I'm currently working on a rather large backlog for my PS3 games as well, not getting a PS4 until I finish these off, so I've went back to playing some really old ones I've kept putting off for newer ones, currently I'm working on Dead Island. What have you been playing?
