report card,

k, so it's my first year at highschool, and it's only the first marking period so i had to start out good... not like last year >,>

this is what i got

phys. Education: A

Physics: A-

English: A+

History: A

(2 hour block) Geometry: B

Art: A+

i just need to get an A in Geometry and i'm good... :[

Blaahhh dont listen to the 2 people above me they are obviously jerks.

I've got to say that's pretty good because my current grades are not awesome, aside from Mathematics and computers-related subjects. :P

Umm, they aren't jerks for saying that. All the TC did was post his grades... there's no discussion to be had... and there's no reason why anyone except himself should be proud of him for his grades. I wouldn't expect any of you to say anything positive to me if I posted my good grades. Maybe your parents will be more enthusiastic about your grades than strangers on the internet?

wow, we do a load more subjects over here, 10 is the standard, then we have AS levels (standard 3 or 4) and A levels (standard 3) after tha, then we go to uni

dosn't really work with sixth form as reports don't really mean anything just that if you get really bad grades in tests you may not be putin for the exams, what my teachers say dosn't really have an impact it's just test scores that matter

just standard physics AS, we only have electronics and standard physics at AS level at my college though with standard physics you get 1 lesson with the electronics teacher each week and those lessons teach completely different things then standard physics (doing materials in standard lessons) so it's sorta like having two classes

we're off on hlf term next thursday over here, one and a half weeks of relaxing, though we don't really get the first half week as so far i have my A+ project (1 AS level by itself), a biology project, 30 maths questions (all with multiple questions within), a physics project and i'm not even in the last week yet so i'm expecting to get some computing and some more biology

I am in grade 10 here in Canada. We had a pre-liminary report which was useless and only shows your marks in levels. I have lvl 4(80%+) for everything (4 subjects this semester, 4 in second), but my math teacher showed my class our marks and I have a 96%. Might be highest in class :)
