Easy and healthy is actually, pretty easy. First thing that you need is a George Foreman, I love mine. Chicken breast, salmon (or other fish) or steaks and just slap them on the grill. Baked potatos, whole wheat bread, rice (in a bag) are all healthy and easy also. If you wanna eat healthy go easy on the butter as its not very good for you. SuperHunterSounds good. haven't really thought about grilled meat so that's a tempting idea :D I should relax on the butter....but....it's so goooood lol.
"healthy" and "George Foreman Grill" does not go togetherNavigatorsGhostactually a lot of the fat drips off unlike using a normal grill or stove top pan. So it IS actually healthier.
