Ok, recently, (being a poor student) I've been eating really unhealthily. I'll usually have two meals a day as I consistenly wake up too late for breakfast, and these are usually either an entire pizza (various toppings), or a microwavable meal like curry or lasagna. I'm really lazy, so it'll only be whats in the pack, i never cook any veg or have fruit with it etc....

Anyways, I decided i really need to get a better diet, so today, i cooked the following; Fish (cod i think) in a butter sauce, peas and carrots. Now, i've just eaten it and it tasted great. I'm guessing it's healthier than what I usually have, so want to continue this pattern....

So, can anyone recommend me some healthy, easy and tasty meal ideas....what do you lot usually eat when cooking for yourself?

Easy and healthy is actually, pretty easy. First thing that you need is a George Foreman, I love mine. Chicken breast, salmon (or other fish) or steaks and just slap them on the grill. Baked potatos, whole wheat bread, rice (in a bag) are all healthy and easy also. If you wanna eat healthy go easy on the butter as its not very good for you.

Cod is overfished... I would recommend a nice salad.

actually a lot of the fat drips off unlike using a normal grill or stove top pan. So it IS actually healthier.
