Poll: Rate how boring you think your life is. (26 votes)

1-3 (My life is the opposite of boring. I travel a lot, have lots of friends, go out to places, etc.) 8%
4-6 (My life is average. I mainly just work/go to school, but occasionally go out to places.) 46%
7-9 (My schedule is mainly working or going to school and I have little or no friends.) 35%
Wyoming 12%

My life is devoid of interesting events, so I'd rate mine a 9. At the moment, I have the summer off from school, so right now I just have my part-time job and a crap load of free time. My life right now consists of mainly playing video games (Skyrim has been dominating my life recently), surfing the web, and.....self pleasure. Zero friends and zero social life. At least it's stress free for the most part. :P

Difficult to rate.

I am homeschooled, and I live in the country, so I really don't have many friends whatsoever. The few "friends" that I do have I only see once every few months or so. I rarely even leave the house....

I do have a girlfriend who I talk to every day, so that helps. Keeps me from being completely lonely.

Probably a 9. Yeah, a 9. Well...maybe an 8.

You have a girlfriend, and I don't, so that automatically means your life is not as boring as mine. :P You're at least an 8.

Probably about a 6 right now. Aside from the fact that I'm unemployed, my life is pretty good. I have my health, my wife (and her health), a house, two cats (healthy), family that I love and loves me, and my guitar. Yeah, I'd say it's pretty darn good.

I love my life. Moved to a great country, recently got married to a wonderful woman, about to go spend a week in Rome, just got a new PC, made quite a few friends recently, got some photos I took published in a magazine and I've been investing in my hobbies so that can't be bad either.

I envy you.

And happy 2,000 posts. :P

@gamerguru100: Sorry, I tend to brag a bit, especially about my wife since I'm so happy I found her, but I'm certainly not trying to cause envy...the place I am in life is the result of hard work, some luck but especially a lot of persistence, so I'm sure you can be happy as well if you keep trying =D

Right now I'm just a lonely 21 year old college student rubbing two nickels together, so that's probably why I envy you, but no need to apologize. :P I'm sure my life will be fine in five to ten years from now so long as I take my education seriously. I hope.

@gamerguru100: I'd say that's the right attitude. =) Studies are important, and if I had thought it through the first time around I wouldn't have to change career 13 years later =P

Wyoming? O.o

You don't get the joke? It's agreed among most people that Wyoming is probably the most boring state, or at least that it's in the top five boring states.

Pretty boring. I been working 12 hour shifts straight since the 8th still have a few more to go then 2 days off and back again. The only human I interact with is my wife which I only really see for an hour or two before I go back to work again.

That confused me too. If you like the outdoors, Wyoming is far from boring.

TOPIC: I work 11 hours a day, have a kid, and main hobby is video games. I think you can gather how much of a barrel of fun I am

Honestly, in my situation, it wouldn't matter what state I'm in. Given the time of year and day, I spend most of my time either working, going to school, or playing video games, so I'm indoors most of the time, and therefore it wouldn't matter if I were in Wyoming or Southern California. I was just poking fun at the state since most people would rate it among the most boring states (probably because it has the lowest population).

My life is great. I have a family, friends, and a job. I might be going to Florence in a couple weeks and I am for sure going back to college this August. I will be getting a new vehicle next month. Once I start my new major, I will hopefully be surrounded by like-minded individuals and I intend to date.

My life floats somewhere between 3-5. Right now it's more of a 5 than anything else. I feel like I have everything under control and my wife and I are relatively carefree. Only issue at the moment is the fact that she can't find decent employment and we are in debt from her student loans.

Meh

A typical day for me: wake up between 6am and 9am (all depends on wheny niece wakes up)

Go let her out of her room and set up her cartoons and drink and such.

Take the puppies outside one at a time. Have to keep one locked up while the other is outside, otherwise the one outside wont go to the bathroom.

Once they hqve both done their business I let them out of their cages.

Replace their water from yesterday with some fresh clean water.

Fill their food bowl

Then I just watch tv/browse the net.

Refill my nieces cup when needed. Get her some food when shes hungry

Take the puppies out when needed.

Straighten up the kitchen.

More tv/net. More taking care of my niece.

Parents get home arounx 5pm. Chat with them a bit.

More tv/net. Niece.

Depending whats for dinner, either I cook it or my dad does.

Come 8:30pm my niece isnt allowed her tablet or watch videos on the computer. Time for her to get her pajamas on and go get her story before bed.

Put her to bed around 9pm.

Put the puppies to bed around the same time

Clean the kitchen

Descend to my room. Drink some alcohol and watch tv/browse the net.

Fap.

Usually go to bed around 2am.

Rinse and repeat.

No, it should have been Oklahoma.

Semi-sparse population, AND boring as all hell countryside. There is nothing for anybody in Oklahoma. Not even outdoor people.

However, Wyoming is paradise for outdoor people.

I mostly just stay at home, play games or play music until I work and only go out on paydays. Mainly because I only have a part time job that only gives me 20 hours of work a week. Trying to turn it into a fulltime job so I can have more money and so that I'm always doing something with the extra 4 hours that I do nothing with.

I give mine a 6. It's mostly studying, reading, video games, going to uni. I do have a close circle of friends who I see everyday, chat with them on skype daily and once/twice a week go out for coffee, dinner, movie. My life's not really exciting but it's not bad either.

Like a 6. I'm out of school and I could use a part time job to kill the time.
