Questions for men about women and sex.

1. Do we (men) owe women anything for having sex with us?

2. Why do so many men feel obligated to compensate women for having sex with us. So many men feel like the have to give a woman money or spend money on her just because she had or is having sex with him.

3. Why do so many men (I'm talking to YOU if you're guilty of this) feel guilty about getting "free" sex from women. Why can't they just be happy they got sex without having to spend any money and/or lots of time and effort to get it?

I thought this might be even remotely about a relationship, but I have nothing to offer as far as picking up chicks and bedding them. Sorry =)

I thought sex was supposed to be mutually beneficial. Guys wants sex, girl wants sex, they have sex. Sometimes people have ulterior motives, and sex is used to manipulate or achieve something other than the sex; in such cases nobody is owed anything... well, except maybe arguably one's affection. Generally the only thing that's owed in sex is reciprocating sexual satisfaction; "Making sex is like Chinese dinner, it ain't over until you both get your cookies".

Seriously, at my age (38), it's usually the women who want to bump some uglies.

3. If it was consensual, I don't know why a man would feel guilty.

I don't feel like that, maybe you don't feel like you get the job done properly or something. I've always found that the buying gifts or breakfast in bed was mutual.
