President Obama blames Congress for deportations

Story.

The president said he was powerless to stop mass deportations of illegal immigrants. As a result, one Latino advocacy group gave him the nickname "deporter in chief."

His reply: "The reason why these deportations are taking place is that Congress said 'you have to enforce the laws.'"

Should he enforce the immigration laws and keep deporting illegal immigrants? Or should he ignore Congress and let them stay even without a reform bill? And should he be blaming Congress for making him enforce the law?

He should faithfully enforce all the laws. He doesn't get to pick and choose. Which is why some part of his legacy will be wiped away when he leaves in 2016. If you want durable change, change the laws. He should ask Congress to take Marihuana out of the Controlled Substances Schedule.

Most Latinos vote democrat. You know so even illegal immigrants can keep getting food stamps, free health care, schooling, etc.

He doesn't want to let go of those votes so is apologizing to Latino groups and the rest of America is stuck with the bill for illegals that don't pay taxes.
