The president said he was powerless to stop mass deportations of illegal immigrants. As a result, one Latino advocacy group gave him the nickname "deporter in chief."
His reply: "The reason why these deportations are taking place is that Congress said 'you have to enforce the laws.'"
Should he enforce the immigration laws and keep deporting illegal immigrants? Or should he ignore Congress and let them stay even without a reform bill? And should he be blaming Congress for making him enforce the law?
