Rainmeter is a wonderful thing.

I have an old Mac Mini and a few Android tablets too. But, here's my desktop PC and iPad Mini 2.

Very nice. What Icons are those? I started with a pack called wp7, had to make my own for most of the things though... no pack can be complete.

That icon pack is called "SimplyLaunch". I know what you mean. I hate spending hours trying to find the perfect matched icons.
