Opinions on Grant Gustin as the Barry Allen Flash

I like him, my wife doesn't , but then she isn't much of a Flash fan, she's all about Green Arrow and Batman. Anyway, looking for opinions, is Gustin doing a good job or is he a disgrace to the Scarlet Speedster?

I think he is great. Manages to handle the lighter - with humor and charm - as well as the dark tone of the character very well. I like the whole cast.
