Yup x10. Went to the cinema last Sunday and Monday. Django Unchained (greatness) and Gangster Squad (good fun, though personally more story or dialogue couldn't have hurt, but entertaining to watch after a sh*t day at work). And watched an indie flick named "Fat Kid Rules The World" last night, was pretty good.

The Walking Dead season 2 episode 4. Still getting better. Have to pace ourselves, don't want to blow through them all at once.

Just rip the entire band-aid off all at once.

Finished the first season of American Horror Story. Enjoyed it overall. Watched the 2nd episode of The Following. Am disappointed with the show. Guess I was expecting it to be more then what it is. Will keep watching though. Maybe shifted expectations will let me enjoy it for what it is.

Just been watching Utopia It's a British show on channel 4 but if you can watch it I'll recommend it. I'm hooked although it's not for the faint of heart as it's pretty brutal and uncompromising.

Australian movie on netflix called "The Last Ride".  It was ok but I wouldn't recommend it.  Much better movies on netflix to watch.

First episode of season 2 of Bored to Death. Kinda fun show actually although, I like the main character and I am surprisingly fond of the old Cheers dude. I am also surprisingly disapponted by how boring the beardy-stoner is, the fatties, beardies and stoners tend to be the funny guys and this guy is all three but the character is just such a wimp.

Bomb Girls. Pretty interesting period drama, so far.

I've been watching V on Netflix. I watched the original when it was first on and I was curious about the remake. It's not bad, but not great either.
Some people were predicting that the daughter was dead like two episodes after the episode where the daughter "almost" kills herself and is saved. I found it pretty awesome that people noticed she never left the house.
Watched Todd Margaret season 2 and then like 6 episodes of House of Cards today. House of Cards is pretty awesome, main character is a boss too.

Thor. Not a bad origin story. A lot better than Cap. I am curious to see what's going on with Dark World and Winter Solider though.

Sense and Sensibility, with Emma Thompson and Kate Winslet.

One of my favourite movies.

Since friday:

Bullet to the Head - Eh.. Action scenes were good, but the interactions between Stallone and the cop were ridiculously weak.
The Master - Even better after a second watch.
No Country for Old Men - Never gets old. The dialogue (especially Tommy Lee's) is so good.
They Live - Incredibly fun movie. PUT ON THE GLASSES!

#91 Posted by MrPraline (21331 posts) -
Flight. Was pretty good, especially Denzel.

Enjoyable film despite Ben Affleck's awful acting. Thought it was alittle overrated though. Same with Thirty down zero which I was more dissapointed with.

Samurai I: Musashi Miyamoto starring Toshiro Mifune. Really enjoyed it, and plan on watching the rest of the trilogy.
