Obviously it's fake but it's made by North Korean media to fool fans.. That part isn't fake.
That part is also fake, it says so on the link. The video is funny but it is obviously a joke. I'm always amazed at how dumb some western people have to be to believe that north koreans are so dumb. North Koreans are not retards. It's true the North Korean media is manipulative and can create fake stories but so is the media elsewhere and people are not so easily dupped, at least it has to be somewhat believable, this is unbelievable even for the most naive person out there.
