That must put you in a very awkward position. I'm sorry to hear that. I think you should tell your dad how you feel (don't go as far as revealing it's a sexual attraction, just say her being half naked makes you uncomfortable, because she's legally your parent, or something).

As to the topic at hand I would say it is not ok. You didn't say how old your new stepmom is but you will be treading down a very weird and dangerous path if you act on your urges. Fanfics have started like this.
I'd say it depends on when you dad married her. If he married her when your were 3 or 4 then it's pretty sick because she raised you and all. On the other hadn if you were 16 or so, then I'd say it wouldn't be ok to NOT think she was hot :P

This happened to me once. I knocked up my (former) step-dad's daughter. They broke up for other reasons and I never saw her again. It is still legally debated as to whether I was the father or not (ancillary to the case). It's safe to say that I am, but due to the big legal mess of a divorce between my mum and "him", the proof o' the pudding is still pending- his solicitors wish to prove otherwise, but they have yet to allow DNA evidence into court.
Ultimately, I don't care how it turns out. As far as I am concerned, it is just a battle between my mother and her ex.
if she is young and with your dad is because she is a slug, the only thing you will get is a fight with your dad and maker her feel more important than the easy girl she is, what do you think is more important you or the girl? But if you just want is to mess up, go for it.

I don't see anything too wrong with it. To me, the fact that she's just 26 makes it even less wrong, since my older sister is 25. 9 years isn't that much of an age gap (for anything other than marriage, at least) too, IMO.
