The law will be repealed once black people legally carrying firearms start firing back at the white cops trying to shoot them in the back over a broken tail light.

You should check again. You don't need a license or even register the car to drive it; you can legally drive a unregistered car unlicensed on private or commercial roadway/properties. You do need to be licensed to drive a car on public roads. Mostly because the local government can charge you for maintaining the roads.

Sweet, go Kansas. Strange thing is though, most states on the list of already unrestricted and going through the process of unrestricted, are the more low populated ones.

Anyway, Vermont I think is the best state for me to move to, New Hampshire as well, especially if they also carry through successfully on not needing a permit.

Old Gov. Hassan is going to veto the legislation because it makes her Fallopian tubes quiver in unfounded fear.

Next state likely to go unrestricted is Maine.

It got vetoed in New Hampshire by a democrat governor. The entire concept of concealed carry permits is stupid when you consider the majority of states allow you to open carry a firearm on your hip without one anyway. Putting on a coat really shouldn't make you a felon when you consider the law allows you to carry it openly. The irrational fear some people have of firearms is incredible to me, I carry conceal carry glock 19 or a glock 26 almost every day.

The Conservative government of Kansas has already rendered them bankrupt, far behind the rest of the country in Employment, and has one of the highest Poverty rates in the country.

Might as well let them kill each other too.
