Unfortunately this will probably only spark more cartel violence as others try to claim his spot.

He was one of the heads of the Los Zetas - one of many drug cartels hanging around in Mexico. I hope the US will do the same for the heads of the Netas, Sinaloa and the Juggalos.

It is about time. The less criminals allowed to roam free, the better.

When you say Juggalos, are you referring to Insane Clown Posse followers?

Nice to see we are still wasting our time with this. Move on to something more important, this is only going to create more violence in the end. You really want to stop the majoriy of the cartels? Make the majority of drugs legal. If you don't do that, they will never go away.

Arresting these drug lords is not a waste of time, regardless of your thoughts on drug trafficking laws. These drug lords are often involved in a lot of violence, and some of them are also involved in kidnappings and human trafficking.

And much of this violence is a result of going after drug lords. It's no coincidence that violence involving these Mexican drug cartels escalated to it's current levels only in recent years after the Mexican government began trying to destroy them.

It really is. Yea, you're often dead or in jail by the age of 30, but you live like a king before that happens. I mean we're talking about an industry that's hundreds of billions of dollars worth every year.

Ya, but even selling drugs on a smaller level can earn you so much money, and it is very easy. I know two guys who deal to pay off college tuition.. One of them makes like 40 k a year.. I mean, when you add that on top of doing a normal daily job.. It's easy to see why so many people become drug dealers.. The money that comes in is ridiculous .. even on a smaller scale.. and it's so easy to do.. trust me on that lol.
