Marvel, No contest. They have the best thought out super heros with the best super powers. DC just seems to be a bunch of ordinary (or psychopathic) people in fancy costumes; Batman, The Joker, for example. SpeccsOpsDC is full of superheroes with weird powers. And they're anything but ordinary, just look at the show Justice League or Young Justice. Half the episodes deal with aliens or space.
