Prison made him that way. He shouldve done the whole 'double jeopardy' thing and gotten revenge on that photographer.TaegukkiYou can't be charged with the same crime twice. If I broke into your house and stole all of your stuff, and then a week later, broke back into your house and stole everything else, I could be charged for each incident. "Double jeopardy" only applies to one single crime. If I broke into your house once, and was caught, you press charges, and I get off? Well, then you couldn't press charges again for that crime - But you could take me to civil court, where it's much easier to establish a winning preponderance of evidence. If I, on the other hand, were convicted, and then after I got out, I hunted you down, broke into your home and robbed you again...then I could be charged with that, too. Committing one crime doesn't give you a blanket "do this particular act an infinite number of times because you can only be charged with it once" card. So now you know. Also: I promise I'm not going to break into your house and steal all your stuff. :D
what I don't get is that he did this after he sued the city and won a multi million dollar award. He spends 20 years in jail, gets out and becomes a millionaire, then rapes and kills someone and gets put back in jail. brianpoetzel
