Do you guys just have to play wack-a-mole with him? Or is there other ways you can ban him? Also, that -inspirational person is SNIPER. Same with Dazylazy, or whatever.

Most of the time unfortunately yes, persistent trolls typically find a way to get back here, which I've never understood.

Sniper dosen't insult anyone , hes a good kid in that respect. Its just he trolls console games ( always trash talk about console games as Halo ) or jrpgs ( According to him its all girly, only casual gamers play it ) very highly on SW. Rest all users on SW gets disturbed by his spamming or trolling, hence the ban.Persoanlly i find him very fun user lol, want sniper stays and entertains us always =P
