Yesterday I watched couple of Marx Bros. film: A Day at the Races (1937) & A Night in Casablanca (1946), then I watched a couple of Dean Martin's "Matt Helm" films entitled The Silencers (1966) and Murderers' Row (1966).
Where did you watch it if I may ask? How do you get access to these new foreign films?awesomeeeeee

American Movie
Great characters in this movie.
The Bridge
Genuinely suprised about the real deaths filmed on this movie. I somewhat found it in bad taste that people just filmed a bridge for like a year just to capture people jumping to there deaths and not getting the interviewees permission to show the deaths.Â
Bowling For Columbine
appropriate movie considering the recent events, brings up some valid points.

Exit Through the Gift Shop   Mostly documentaries these past 2 weeks.
Sinister - Sort of cheesy, but pretty good. Some startling moments. Good to see Horror movies returning to the old style of suspense - 7/10.
V for Vendetta - Was bored yesterday so dragged out the Blu-ray....solid as always - 9/10.
Breaking Dawn Part 2 - Really didn't want to watch this considering the last 3 movies in the series sucked. I was talked into it by the wife and daughter. First half of the movie was ok at best. Last 1/2 was pretty good. The big fight and the twist at the end redeemed the movie. 8/10.
Not really a movie but I just started watching Game of Thrones. I know I'm late to the party, but I generally have a rule to not get involved in a series until it has been on TV for a few years. Tired of really getting into something, and then it's cancelled. I regret putting this series off for so long. Very good stories, and solid acting so far - 9/10.

Since today is International Women's Day I figured I should watch something centered on females and used it as an excuse to finally watch Les Bonnes Femmes
I now regret this decision
Watch Some Like It Hot instead. It's sort of focused on females and you can celebrate Women's Day by marvelling at Marilyn Monroe's beauty. I think that makes sense...Since today is International Women's Day I figured I should watch something centered on females and used it as an excuse to finally watch Les Bonnes Femmes

I've seen it before and I do love it so...maybe. I should have really saved watching "The Women" for today because damn does it fit the occasion.
Oz the Great and Powerful. I really enjoyed it.PonchoTacoSaw that one yesterday. I really liked it too, but I do feel that the witches needed more development. Felt like they were just thrown in out of nowhere.
Since my last post I've watched just a tiny clutch of films:
"The Master"
"Hitchcock"
Fun movie. Felt more like a tv flick than a theatrical release and I felt like Hopkin's performance of Hitch started out more as a caricature rather than an honest portrayal. His performance and the movie got better as it went along, but the story never gained any sort of substance, it just didn't seem very interested in even trying to be more than a shallow retelling of events. Still, as I said, it was fun to watch and never boring. All of the Ed Gein stuff was odd.
